Your spine isn’t just “your back,” it's your core strength. It’s the central highway for your nervous system, your posture, and the way your body carries stress, weight, and movement. When your spine is out of alignment, your entire system compensates — leading to fatigue, inflammation, aches, weight gain, and a loss of functional strength. When it’s strong, aligned, and mobile, everything works better — your movement, your energy, your confidence, and your long-term health.
Here are the four pillars of my spine-based custom health program:

I’ve spent 26 years teaching fitness, spin, and Pilates, helping women feel stronger, leaner, and more confident through natural, sustainable methods. I’m living proof of my own philosophy — I lost 20 pounds naturally by focusing on alignment, mobility, and daily movement, not gimmicks or injections.
I believe your spine is the most important part of your health, because it determines how you move, how you feel, and how your body ages. My coaching blends functional training, posture work, mobility, balance, and flexibility to help you look and feel your best at any age.
My approach is simple and sustainable — not restrictive, not extreme, and never dependent on quick-fix drugs like Ozempic. I teach you how to move well, stand tall, and build a body that supports your life for years to come.
